Stop in the Name of Love Tilda

HELLO FRIENDS

I hope you have shared with me, the beautiful weather here in the south east of England. It has been wonderful, just like Summer and forecasted to continue. I love sunshine so much...

***************
Time for a new challenge over at "Tildas Town"  This week we would like to see "Flowers".  So, add some flowers to a Magnolia card or project and join in with us. You have the  chance to win a $10 Gift Certificate to use at Tilda’s Town online Magnolia store.

For today's card, I inked and coloured, "Stop in the Name of Love Tilda" and matched her to some pretty Pion papers.

As usual I coloured Tilda using distress re-inkers. Then added some Perfect Pearls and stitching.
The papers have had gesso and stitching to the edges. I used the same papers to cut a butterfly top layer using a Joy craft die and added pearls in their centre.  A matching bow holds a pearl and diamant√© heart and a Swirl Doo Hickey is holding the sentiment.
The flowers are from my stash, mainly from Hobby Craft, with leaves cut from a Marianne die .

I was pleased with this card. I think I am getting better  using my inks. The shading has become more delicate in colour and Tilda's face has clear definition now. I like to keep a white area in the centre with colour just to the edges and cheeks. I can, and do spend hours colouring this little person. I just love her.

Thank you for all your comments, I love to read them.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

MAGNOLIA CELEBRATION TILDA

GOOD MORNING FRIENDS

Did you have a lovely Easter....and eat lots of Easter eggs?
I did and have a real chocolate hangover right now!
I have decided to eat less and exercise more this week, which will be hard to do as I love to just sit and colour.

****************
This is one of the new Magnolia stamps, Celebration Tilda.
Papers are Maja "Nyhavn", cut with Go Kreate dies and dosed with some added gesso and stitching.

This daisy lace can be found at The Ribbon girl. I mixed it with some blue gingham eyelet lace from my craft box. My dies are a mix of Joy Craft, Marianne and Memory Box. The bow and tag are  Doo Hickey dies from Magnolia.

Tiny heart shaped gems and Tiara Stickles decorate her hair. I really like this stamp and it is one that will be useful for many occasions.

Thank you for dropping by and a big hug for my followers.
I love to read your comments.

MAGNOLIA TILDA WITH HEART PHONE

HELLO EVERYONE

Thanks' for dropping by today. I managed to finish colouring "Tilda with Heart Phone" and thought I would show you how it turned out. I love this latest collection from Magnolia.
The "World Wide Web" stamps are lovely and although
I only have three at the moment, I am sure to
 be adding to them.
These are Magnolia papers that I have had for ages. I used  a set of Go Kreate dies to cut the shape, adding gesso round the edges. I decoupaged a little bird onto one of the tags, added  a string of pearls round the image and across the top layer, then pearl lace across the card finishing with
a shabby bark heart at the bottom.

I used distress re-inkers to colour.

The notebook edge has been cut with a Joy Craft die, the bubbles with a Memory Box die and the tags on the right are Magnolia Doo Hickey. The leaves are Marianne and the flowers are from my stash.

I hope you like her. She coloured up first time and I can't wait to do it over again.

Sending Hugs

Magnolia ~ Loves Me Loves, Loves Me Not Tilda

Tildas' Town Challenge ~Use Your Stash

The clocks altered last night and we have a whole extra hour of crafting today, Yay! I had nearly finished colouring  my new "Tilda With Heart Phone" yesterday when the darkness took over ...

**********************
So, on to the new challenge at Tildas' Town.
This week it's Use Your Stash.
My stash is huge!

This card was made with Loves Me, Loves Me Not Tilda who is coloured with distress re-inkers and has been stitched and inked. The card is an easel and the tag opens to reveal a message.
The ribbon and flowers are from the Ribbon Girl, I always carry lots of them in my stash. And the dies too, They range from Marianne, Magnolia, Joy Craft and Go Kreate, but I have lots in my stash and use them all the time. Another thing I always have is Maja Paper. I adore the muted colours and the way they inter mix and match.
