Hello Friends
Wonderful news! I am officially an Inky Chick!
Well I admit to be a little bit more of a chick, more a mother hen really, but so happy to be here and very proud to be part of this challenge blog, where every single DT member is so very talented.
So, on to February's challenge which is
'cos it's Valentines Day very soon!
Here is my first card for you.
This card was made with the new Valentine papers from Pion.  I cut most of the embellishments out from the papers and all I had to do was ink the edges and then add some sparkle with my Stickles glue.
I've used Magnolia's "I Give You a Rose Tilda" and painted her with distress inks.
I hope you all like my card.

Simply Magnolia - Anything goes

Hi Friends
This is a reminder post for SIMPLY MAGNOLIA, where the theme is "ANYTHING GOES".
My card shows Tilda on her scooter. Broom broom......

Papers are Maja, Flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts and the lace was from the Ribbon Girl. The leaves are Magnolia.
Tilda has been coloured with distress inks.
I hope you like my card and feel inspired to join our challenge at SIMPLY MAGNOLIA.

Magnolia Tilda with Peony

♥ ♥ ♥Good Morning Everyone ♥ ♥ ♥
This is my first post for 2016 and I would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year!
♥ ♥ ♥
Today's card is for my ALL ABOUT MAGNOLIA design team.
We are half way through challenge # 10 - ALL ABOUT NEW and my card uses A NEW WAY of using my dies.
So, here is the oh so sweet PEONY TILDA, painted with distress inks.  I have used two sets of dies on this card,
SPELLBINDERS Opulent Ovals and MARIANNE LR0299 Hearts. The papers are by PION DESIGN. I used one of the smaller hearts as a frame for a pretty image and added Stardust Stickles on all the die cuts. The tiny heart was used at the bottom of the card with a pearl/diamant√©  embellishment on top. The flowers, lace and papers are all to be found at LIVE AND LOVE CRAFTS.
Of course Tilda had to have Crystal Glamour Dust added to her lace and flower... I love sparkle!
I hope you will join our challenge this month as there is still another two weeks to enter.
Sending Hugs

Anything Goes for Simply Magnolia

 Good Morning Friends
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas Day and that the Jolly Fat Man left you lots of lovely crafting goodies.
I am still enjoying the festivities with another Christmas dinner today, and again tomorrow with son and four year old granddaughter who will be visiting from Dorset. That's three Christmas dinners in a row now.
I soon will be as fat as a turkey and start to gobble like one!
Well, we are half way through our challenge of
at Simply Magnolia and I have made a card for you.
Catching Stars Tilda was painted with Distress inks. She is stitched to a Spellbinders die and glitter and tiny sequins and beads have been added to her crown, wand and stars. Above the card is a Joy Craft Star die which has also been Glamour Dusted and sequined.
I added a doily, lace, gesso'd flowers and a seam binding bow.

I really enjoyed making this card. After all the Christmassy ones, It was JUST SO refreshing.
Sending Hugs To All
